Why I Created Sacred Frequency Collective
From my Heart
Sacred Frequency Collective was born from something I witnessed again and again.
People would come to an In Person KAP session, retreat, or healing experience and leave feeling deeply connected, inspired, and transformed.
But then life would happen.
The demands of the world would return.
The noise would return.
The old patterns would slowly begin to pull them away from the connection they had worked so hard to cultivate.
I created this collective as an ongoing place of support, nourishment, and community between sessions and retreats.
A place where you can continue deepening your relationship with yourself, your spiritual practice, and the frequency of love.
Think of it as a monthly touchstone—a sacred pause in your life where you can reconnect, receive, and remember what truly matters.
My hope is that this space becomes a gentle companion on your journey, supporting you through both the beautiful moments and the challenging ones. It is my passion to do so!
